Shipping policy

Where we ship
LXG AU ships to addresses within Australia only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free Australia-wide on every order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times
Items marked "Ships from Australia" normally arrive within 2-8 business days depending on your location. Items marked "Direct import" are sourced overseas and normally arrive within 10-20 business days. Remote and regional areas may take longer.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves the warehouse. Orders containing items from more than one warehouse may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Delays
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control. Weather, carrier backlogs and public holidays can cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at support@lxgau.com.au and we will chase it up for you.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but has not turned up, contact us within 7 days at support@lxgau.com.au so we can lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
