What membership unlocks
What "cost price" means at LXG AU
"Cost price" refers to the price LXG AU obtains an eligible product for from the participating supplier at the time it is sourced, plus any shipping, GST and other applicable taxes, payment processing costs, and any other unavoidable transaction charges required to fulfil your order.
Supplier cost can change over time, and may reflect supplier rebates or incentives that are not visible on the storefront. The member price shown at checkout is the price current at the time of your order — it is not a fixed or guaranteed lowest price, and it does not include any LXG AU retail margin.
Not every product can be offered at cost price. Some items are excluded for legal, contractual or commercial reasons (for example, supplier minimum advertised price agreements). Excluded products are clearly marked and priced at standard retail.
On LXG AU branded merch we make $0 profit: the member price is the blank garment, the printing, Australian delivery, GST and card processing fees, and nothing more. LXG AU merch is printed and shipped in Australia; the blank garments are manufactured overseas, so we describe them as Australian printed, not Australian made.
